What to include

    Your name, your business and what it does, and who will make decisions on the project.

  2. What you need

    A website, web app, bot or booking platform, and the problem it should solve for you.

  3. Scope

    The must haves for launch, the nice to haves that can wait, and anything that is clearly out of scope.

  4. Who will use it

    Your customers, your team or both, and roughly how many people.

  5. Content and design

    Whether your text, images and logo are ready, and any sites or apps whose look you like.

  6. Connections

    Payments, booking, email, maps, spreadsheets or any other system it has to work with.

  7. Languages

    Arabic, English or both, and which one comes first.

  8. Timeline and budget

    Your ideal launch date, any hard deadline, and a budget range if you have one in mind.
